No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Carlisle and Fourth Streets. A 2010 Ford F350 operated by Stephen Gamball III, of New Oxford, struck a 2017 Volkswagen GTI operated by Alexander White, of New Oxford.

0900:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Carlisle and E. Chestnut Streets.  A 2011 Ford Edge operated by Magdy Awad, of Hanover, struck a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by Megan Mummert, of Hanover.

1230:
Disturbance involving a disorderly male subject was reported at a business in the 200 block of Wilson Avenue.

1633:
Suspicious circumstance was reported in the 200 block of Kennedy Court where a package was delivered to a vacant residence.

1658:
Disturbance involving a fight occurring between two men was reported in the first block of Carlisle Street.

1727:
Minor injury was reported and towing was required following an accident in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive.  A 2006 Volkswagen Passat operated by Sandra Chronister, of Hanover, struck a 2015 Toyota Prius operated by Michael Muller Jr., of Hanover.

1848:
Retail theft was reported at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street where a male subject shoplifted beverages and fled the area when confronted by an employee.

1935:
A charge for harassment is pending against a 34 year old Hanover man following a domestic altercation reported in the 400 block Carlisle Street.

2035:
Retail theft charges are pending against three Hanover juveniles, ages 15, 15, and 16, and a 15 year old Baltimore, MD juvenile following an incident reported in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue.

0020:
A charge for criminal mischief is pending against a 36 year old Hanover man following an incident reported in the 300 block of Frederick Street.

0123:
Disturbance involving a verbal argument occurring between a man and a woman was reported in the 400 block of Baltimore Street.

0556:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident in the 600 block of Broadway.  A 2013 Chevrolet Silverado operated by Travis Brady, of Hanover, struck a parked 2015 Infiniti Q40 owned by Sabryna Washington, of Dover, PA.
