0858:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred at Baltimore and E. Walnut Streets.  A 2018 Kia Sportage operated by Larry Walton, of Hanover, struck a 2012 Honda Pilot operated by Kelsi Middletown, of New Oxford.

1150:
Fraud involving an unauthorized attempt to access a bank account was reported in the 100 block of Dart Drive.

1334:
Harassment by communications involving unwanted text messages was reported in the 500 block of Carlisle Street.

1511:
Minor injury was reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the 300 block of Stock Street.  A 2013 Chevrolet Impala operated by Diana Hufnagel, of Hanover, struck a parked 2021 Ford Edge owned by Nationwide Mutual, of Saint Leonard, MD, which then struck a parked 2012 Ford Fusion owned by Charles Fitzgerald Jr., of Hanover. 

1649:
Retail theft was reported at a business in the 100 block of Carlisle Street where a female subject shoplifted beverages and then left the area before police were called.

1759:
James Freisland, age 68 of Hanover, was arrested for outstanding warrants on Center Square. He was turned over to a constable for further disposition.

1851:
Suspicious circumstance was reported at a business in the 1100 block of Carlisle Street involving a man and a woman who were suspected of attempting to commit a retail theft.

2006:
No injuries were reported and towing was required following an accident that occurred in the area of Maple and Krug Avenues.  A 2012 Honda Accord operated by Kent Hoffmaster, of Hanover, struck a utility pole owned by Met-Ed.
