MEMORIAL DAY PARADE-Parking Restrictions & Road Closures

The Hanover Borough Police Department announces the following road closures and parking restrictions on Monday, May 29, 2023 for the Annual Memorial Day Parade.

The following parking restrictions will be enacted at 7:00 am on May 29th, 2023;

• NO Parking on Carlisle Street from Third Street to Center Square

• NO Parking on Baltimore Street from Center Square to Footer Street

• NO Parking on Chestnut Street from Railroad Street to N. Franklin Street

• NO Parking on Center Square 

Those vehicles found parked along the parade route or parade formation area will be ticketed and towed.

The parade formation area on Carlisle Street from Third Street to Center Square will be closed to traffic at 7:30 am.  The remainder of the parade route will close to traffic at 7:55 am.  The parade starts promptly at 8:30 am.
