Youth Outreach was just the other day at Martin Memorial Library.  This is a monthly program the York City Police Department has and gives kids a chance to play games, eat a snack, and spend time with their very own York City Police Officers.  The weather limited the turnout, but a great time was had by all the kids and officers present. Sidenote:  The person with the biggest smile is actually Officer Nova and not one of the kids.
