On Wednesday, November 3^rd, 2021, the US Marshals, York City Police GVI Unit and York County Drug Task Force conducted a search warrant at 3972 W. Waverly Ct., York, PA.  The following subjects were arrested:

1. Dominique Deshawn-Tyrell Hightower (3/27/98) was charged with the following offenses:

• Possession with the Intent to Deliver (4 Counts)
• Criminal Conspiracy to Possess with the Intent to Deliver (4 Counts)
• Person not to Possess a Firearm

1. Saquana Tawane Layer (6/15/90) was charged with the following offenses:

• Possession with the Intent to Deliver (4) Counts
• Criminal Conspiracy to Possess with the Intent to Deliver (4 Counts).

During a search of the residence, the following items were seized:

1. 1 lb. 3 oz. of Crack Cocaine-$53,400 (street value)
2. 3.9 oz. of Powder Cocaine-$3,900 (street value)
3. 16 Grams of Fentanyl-$1,600 (street value)
4. 5 lb. 8 oz. Marijuana-$12,300 (street value)
5. Glock .40 Cal. With Auto Sear with Drum Magazine
6. $14,241 in US Currency

Assisting in the investigation was York County Probation and Harrisburg Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearm and Explosives.
