On February 24th, 2022, York City Police, with the help of the community, identified and arrested Eliezer GRACIANI-ALICEA (36 years old) for the February 16th assault of a tow truck driver. GRACIANI-ALICEA was turned over to central booking for arraignment.
The York City Police would like to thank the community for all of their assistance. This is yet another example of the police and community working hand in hand.
Request for Assistance
York City Police are requesting assistance from the community in identifying a suspect in an assault of a tow truck driver. The suspect, wearing a black hoodie, can be seen in the attached video striking the tow truck driver before leaving the scene.
Initial Incident
On February 16th, 2022, York City Police investigated an assault in the 100 block of S. Penn St. A tow truck driver was assaulted by an unknown suspect.
