On 6/21/21 at approximately 0102 hours, York City Police Patrol Division was investigating a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of 940 Vander Ave. when they encountered a suspect passed out behind the wheel of the car. Officers observed, in plain view on the passenger seat, a black handgun with an extended magazine. The known suspect was arrested for DUI and Firearms Offenses, and the 9mm handgun was recovered.
