Arrest

On Wednesday, April 14^th, 2021, at approximately 8:15 am, York City Police arrested Cierra Moniqy ALLEN. ALLEN, 30, of York, was charged with the following offenses:

• Attempted Criminal Homicide
• Aggravated Assault
• Aggravated Assault – Victim Less than 13, Defendant Older than 18
• Endangering Welfare of Children

Incident

On Wednesday, April 14^th, 2021, at 8:05 am, York City Police Officers were dispatched to York Hospital for a stabbing victim. The victim, a 5 year-old-juvenile, had been transported to the hospital with stab wounds. Officers and Detectives quickly learned through the investigation that the mother, Cierra ALLEN, had caused the injuries. ALLEN was subsequently arrested. The 5-year-old victim was airlifted to Hershey’s Children Hospital where she remains in critical condition.
