A big thank you to Lincoln Charter school for having the York City Police Department out for Hot Chocolate with a Cop.  By the smiles and laughter it looks like everyone had a blast.  While there, York City Police Commissioner Robinson got to hand out some awards to a lot of hardworking boys and girls.  For even more pictures check out our Instagram (YorkCityPolice).
