Home Invasion Robbery Investigation

In response to numerous inquiries, on September 25th, 2025, around 8:35 am, York City Police responded to the 1st block of E. Maple St for a report of several individuals with firearms attempting to break into a residence. As officers arrived, the suspects exited the front of the residence and fled. One suspect was apprehended by police and identified as Johnny LY. LY is being charged with robbery, burglary, and simple assault.
