Arrest

On November 26^th, 2020, a York City police officer on proactive patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a stop sign violation. While speaking with the driver, an odor of marijuana was detected. During a search of the vehicle, officers located a quantity of crack cocaine, powder cocaine, oxycodone, as well as other items indicative of selling controlled substances. Three firearms were also recovered from the vehicle. The occupants of the vehicle, Rashad Colon, Samia Otto, and Jada Andrews, were arrested and transported to central booking for arraignment.

Charges

Rashad Colon was charged with the following offenses:

• Firearms not to be carried without a license
• Manufacture, delivery, or possession with the intent to deliver controlled substances
• Possession of a controlled substance
• Possession of drug paraphernalia

Samia Otto was charged with the following offenses:

• Firearms not to be carried without a license
• Manufacture, delivery, or possession with the intent to deliver controlled substances
• Possession of a controlled substance
• Possession of drug paraphernalia

Jada Andrews was charged with the following offenses:

• Manufacture, delivery, or possession with the intent to deliver controlled substances
• Possession of a controlled substance
• Possession of drug paraphernalia
• Driving the wrong way on a one-way roadway
• Stop sign violation
