Among the many programs the York City Police Department is involved in, activities for children are among the top.  We have several resource centers that provide a safe place for children to go during after school hours and do activities.  On December 17^th the York City Police's Wellington Outpost had a Holiday party for kids in the program and their family members.  There was food and a special guest visit from Santa.  The outpost at Duke and Maple will be having a similar get together on December 19^th so look for more pictures from that event as well.  For more information about our programs contact the York City Police Department’s community services program.
