For 2 1/2 hrs on Tuesday and Thursday nights for about a month local citizens are taking time out of their busy schedules to learn about the York City Police Department.  Topics so far have included operations within the Department such as patrol and detective bureau responsibilities and presentations on Taser and Firearms, QRT/NRT, and the Drug Task Force.  And we are only about half way done.
