Arrest Made
On December 28th 2021, York City Police arrested and charged Ninoska Santos-Cruz (23 years old) with the homicide of her cousin, Joselito Pagan-Ocasio.
Initial Incident
Joselito Pagan-Ocasio was found deceased in a residence in the 300 block of E. King St. on Sunday, December 26th, 2021. An autopsy was performed and ruled the death a homicide by stabbing.
