Arrest

On November 29^th, 2020, York City Police responded to the 100 blk S. Beaver St for the reports of an altercation over a parking spot. The investigation revealed that Yandel Gonzalez-Rodriguez illegally possessed a firearm and pointed the firearm at the victim. Gonzalez-Rodriguez hid the firearm and fled but was later apprehended. Gonzalez-Rodriguez was transported to central booking for arraignment.

Charges

Yandel Gonzalez-Rodriguez is being charged with the following offenses:

• Possession of a firearm with an altered serial number
• Firearms not to be carried without a license
• Simple Assault
• Tampering with evidence
• Disorderly Conduct
