On December 15, 2019 at approximately 1:33 PM the York City Police Department responded to the 600 block of Smith St for the report of a shooting.  During their investigation police found that an unknown subject had fired into an occupied home striking three victims.  The first victim was a 60-year-old male of York who was struck one time. He was transported to York Hospital for treatment and is in stable condition. The second victim was a 37-year-old female of York. She was transported to York Hospital where she is in stable condition. The third victim was a juvenile female.  She was struck one time.  She was transported to York Hospital and is in stable condition.  There were others in the home at the time of the shooting.  Police recovered shell casings on scene outside of the home.  A motive for this shooting is still unknown but it is believed that this house was targeted in this incident. Witnesses have been limited and there are presently no suspects.
