On September 22, 2019 at approximately 2:00 AM the York City Police responded to 512 N George St (3rd Base) for a double shooting.  The shooting occurred in the parking lot as a result of an argument that started inside this location.  Victim # 1 (Jose Nunez-Cruz, 24, of York) sustained at least one gunshot wound to the head and was deceased on scene.  Victim # 2 an adult male, 30, of York sustained at least one gunshot to the abdomen and was transported to York Hospital by personal vehicle. He is still listed in critical condition.

Both victims were targeted in this incident. York City Detectives are still investigating.
