At approximately 1754 hrs the York City Police Department responded to the 400 block of Smith st for the report of a shooting.  Once on scene they discovered one adult male who had been shot and was transported to York Hospital for treatment.  The male is currently listed in critical condition.  A follow up release will be issued at 12:00 on February 18^th, 2020.
