On July 26^th, 2020 at approximately 10:09 AM the York City Police Department responded to a shooting in the 300 block of S. Penn St.  Once on scene officers discovered a 29-year-old male from York who had been shot while outside.  It is believed the male was targeted in this assault.  This male was transported to York Hospital where he is in stable condition.  No arrests have been made at this time.
