On May 1^st, 2020 at approximately 3:32 PM the York City Police Department responded to a report of a shooting in the 100 block of S. Penn St.  Once on scene officers spoke with an 18-year-old male victim from York.  The victim was outside when he was shot in the lower back area by a suspect driving by in a car. The victim was transported to York Hospital for treatment and is listed in stable condition.  No suspects have been identified at this time and no arrests have been made.  Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the York City Police Department in any of the following ways.
