On November 1st, 2019 at approximately 12:58 am the York City Police Department responded to a shooting in the 100 block of E Cottage pl. Once on scene they discovered one male juvenile who had been shot one time in the leg. Victim was transported to York Hospital for treatment and is in stable condition.  Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the York City Police Department in any of the following ways.
