On November 13, 2019 at approximately 11:15 PM the York City Police Department responded to York Hospital for a shooting victim that had arrived by personal vehicle. Once there they spoke with Rahmeer Frazier, 19 of Coatesville PA. Frazier had been shot in the lower portion of his body and is in stable condition. Due to Frazier’s condition additional information is limited and an exact location is still unknown however he stated that the shooting happened while purchasing marijuana. York City Police will continue to investigate this incident.
