York City Police Detectives are seeking to interview Kahlil Range, age 18, regarding the July 4th, 2020 homicide of Juan Rosario. Additionally, Detectives wish to speak to Range regarding a firearm violation which occurred in the area of S. George St and College Ave. 

Kahlil Range is currently a person of interest and is advised to contact Detective Dehart.
