On July 4, 2020, Juan Rosario (17 years old) was found deceased in the 400 block of S. Duke St., York City from a gunshot wound.  Multiple resources were utilized, and countless hours were dedicated to the case.  Information and evidence slowed down in 2021.  In 2024 the case got a fresh start and new information was received which opened doors to additional evidentiary information.  More interviews were conducted, new search warrants were served, and on September 8, 2025, Furman Dennis, Shymere DeShields, and Zenen Fellove (all 17 years old at the time) were charged in the homicide of Juan Rosario.  All three are currently incarcerated for other charges.
