Incident

On Tuesday, January 4^th 2022 at 6:56pm, York City Police responded to the 15 N. Penn St (Asian Best) for a reported shooting. On scene, officers learned that the victim, a 34 year old male, attempted to rob the store clerk. During the attempted robbery, the victim was shot and died on the scene. Detectives continue to investigate the incident.
