On Friday September 11, 2020, York City Police arrested DeAngleo Manns, age 23, for charges stemming from an incident that occurred July 11th, 2020. Manns, who has no fixed address, was identified by a known adult victim as being the suspect in a July 11th, 2020 rape investigation.
Manns was arrested by York City Police Department, with the assistance of West York Police and the York County DA’s office. He was transferred to York County Central Booking where he was arraigned by Judge Eckenrode and denied bail.
