The West York Borough Police Department has obtained a warrant for the arrest of James D. Abney III, 16, of West Manchester Township. Abney has been charged as an adult.
This relates to a drug related shooting incident that occurred on May 19, 2022 on W. Princess Street in the Borough.
Police are looking for information on his whereabouts. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
