Seeking Public Help: At approx. 9:00 this morning (Saturday 3/27/21), we located to young children, ages approx. 3-5 years old walking in the street in the area of Filbert Street and Adams Street. They were unable to tell officers their address, who their parents were, and in even their names.

Found were a boy & girl, believed to be brother & sister, wearing pajamas. The girl is non-verbal, and the boy, who is younger, has limited vocabulary. It is possible the girl is named Ava, or Avaiyah.

They are both white, the boy is wearing a black tank top & the girl is wearing princess PJ's. No one has called in looking for these children.
