It's that time of year once again! No Shave November has begun here at Penn Township Police Department, where officers can grow their beards from October 31st to December 9th.

This year’s proceeds will go to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (OCRA), in honor of Shari Lauer. Shari worked as a secretary for the police department in the front office for 43 years. In May 2022, shortly after she retired, she lost her battle with ovarian cancer.

As the officers grow their beards out, we will post photos on Facebook. Our goal this year is to raise $5,000.00.
