The Penn Township Police Department has received numerous calls about a suspicious female going door to door within Penn Township attempting to sell children’s books and learning materials. Police are aware that she’s in the area soliciting and DOES have a valid solicitor’s permit. Solicitors within Penn Township are required to carry an identification card, which is signed by the Chief of Police, with them while soliciting.
