On Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 1536 hours, an Officer from the West Manchester Township Police Department was dispatched to the Weis Market at 2160 White Street for a retail theft. The Assistant Store Manager advised that the two female suspects already left the store with the stolen merchandise. The two females got into a black Honda Coupe and they were last seen traveling eastbound on White Street towards Carlisle Road.
The manager advised that two black females entered the store and selected bags of Shrimp and Crab Legs and placed them in a grocery cart. The two suspects were then observed selecting a couple bottles of wine and again placing them in their shopping cart. Both females then walked past all operating and open cash registers and started towards the exit of the store. Store employees asked the females if they needed assistance and advised them that they need to pay for their merchandise. The two suspects then left the store and got into the above vehicle and left the property. The manager stated that the stolen merchandise was approximately valued at $200.00.
Still photos of the two females were put on the Department social media pages. The Officer received several anonymous tips and the suspects were identified as Terri Marie Kelly and Jenelle Erika Grantham.
Based on the above information, both females, Jenelle Erika Grantham and Terri Marie Kelly were charged with 1 count of Retail Theft, Felony 3 and 1 count of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Retail Theft, Felony 3.
Terri Marie Kelly was arraigned on the charges stated above on 7/31/2019.
An arrest warrant was issued for Jenelle Erika Grantham to answer to the charges stated above.
