Attempt To Identify - Retail Theft at Target

On 05/10/2019 an officer of the West Manchester Township Police Department  responded to Target, 2251 York Crossing Drive, for a retail theft which occurred the prior day. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with the loss prevention officer at the Target. He explained that an employee advised him of a retail theft that occurred the prior night. The loss prevention officer stated that he reviewed the video footage and could see the suspect commit a retail theft.

The suspect entered the store at approximately 1916 hours on May 09, 2019. He proceeded to the electronic section and selected a Sony sound bar ($129.99) at approximately 1920 hours. The suspect placed the sound bar into a Target push shopping cart. The suspect then selected a Dyson air purifier ($349.99). Lastly, the suspect selected a gray Essential coat ($30.00) and placeed it over the Dyson air purifier and Sony sound bar. The suspect exited the store, passing all points of sale, without purchasing the above items at approximately 1932 hours.

The suspect is a black male in his 40's or 50's. He was wearing a red coat with blue or black lettering "OLD NAVY". He was also wearing a black hat and black sunglasses. The suspect left the parking lot in a gold colored minivan.
