**SUSPECT HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED.  THANK YOU**

On 7/5/2019 at 1307 hours, an Officer from the West Manchester Township Police Department was dispatched to the Kohl’s Store located at 200 Town Center Drive for a report of a retail theft in progress.  The Loss Prevention Officer had given the description of a Hispanic male wearing a white tank top and blue shorts was last seen running behind the Outback Steakhouse and may have gotten into a vehicle.

The Officer responded to the area and checked for the subject before meeting the LPO in the LP Office.  The LPO stated that the actor entered the store at 1259 hours and went to the footwear section.  He then selected a pair of Nike shoes that were listed for sale for $65.00.  The actor then took the shoes to the men's changing room where he swapped out his shoes for the ones in the box.  The male then exited the store and ran from the LPO when he was approached.

The surveillance video showed that the male had a distinct star shaped tattoo in the center of his chest and two names or words tattooed on the front of each shoulder.  This male had long hair that was pulled back into a puffy ponytail. This male also had a groomed beard and would be considered to have a medium to skinny build.

Anyone who is able to identify the suspect is encouraged to contact the West Manchester Township Police Department at (717) 792-9514.
