Police Investigating Shooting in Township Neighborhood

On Friday, April 30, 2021, at approximately 10:56 PM, officers responded to a report of multiple shots being fired in the 600 Block Wheatlyn Drive, Spring Garden Township. Witness statements indicate that multiple persons were observed exchanging gunshots. As a result, two motor vehicles (2) and two homes (2) belonging to neighborhood residents sustained damage from gunfire.

No injuries were reported as a result of the exchange of gunfire. Police have impounded two vehicles thought to be involved in this incident and collected seventy (70) shell casings left at the crime scene.
