Armed Robberies Being Investigated in Windsor Park and Mt. Rose Ave Area

Spring Garden Township Police are investigating reports of two recent Armed Robberies.

Robbery #1 - On Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 9:58 PM, officers were dispatched to a reported armed robbery in the 600 block of N. State St., in the Windsor Park neighborhood.  The victim in this incident reported that they had just parked their vehicle on the street in front of their residence when a male subject suddenly appeared at the driver's door, brandished a pistol, and demanded money.  The suspect was described as an African American male, in their mid-twenties, approximately 5’9” tall, with a thin build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, a black face covering, and predominantly blue pajama/lounge pants with some yellow on them.

Robbery #2 – On Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 10:11 PM, officers were dispatched to a reported armed robbery in the 1200 block of E. Maple St., in the Mt. Rose area.  The victim in this incident reported that they had just sat in the driver’s seat of their vehicle that was parked on the street, when a male subject suddenly appeared at the driver's door, brandished a pistol, and demanded money.  The suspect was described as an African American male, in their mid-twenties to mid-thirties, with a thin build, wearing a black sweater, black sweatpants, and a black face covering.

In both instances, the suspect fled the scene on foot.
