On June 06, 2014 at 02:27 A.M., police observed a vehicle enter the parking lot of the Sunoco A-Plus, located at 1300 Mt. Rose Avenue. As the occupants exited the vehicle, two of them appeared to engage in a verbal confrontation. Upon further investigation, police located and interviewed the driver of the vehicle who appeared to be under the influence. The driver was identified as Christoper J. Rayburn, age 23, of Red Lion, PA. Police administered field sobriety tests on scene, and at the completion of those tests, Rayburn was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance.
Mr. Rayburn was transported to the York County Central Booking Center for processing and later released. Mr. Rayburn was issued a summons to appear in court at a later date.
