Police were called to the Sav-A-Lot grocery store located at 1045 Mt. Rose Avenue for a retail theft that just occurred. Based on a description from store employee and store surveillance footage, Parks was stopped in the area of E. Boundary Avenue and Vander Avenue in York City, a few blocks from the store. Parks was found to be in possession of the stolen items. He was arrested for retail theft. He was transported to York County Central Booking for processing and arraignment.
