On June 17, 2014 at 3:48 PM, police were called to the Gumbacher Center, located on the west campus of York College, 900 Grantley Road, by York College Public Safety officers, for a subject they were detaining for harassing a female employee at the center. Upon arrival of the police officer, the actor, Mr. Iguade, attempted to flee the scene but was stopped by officers on scene. Mr. Iguade resisted the officers as they attempted to arrest him and at one point "launched" himself at one of the arresting officers as they attempted to place him in a patrol car. Further investigation revealed that Mr. Iguade had been served with notice by college officials earlier in the day that he was no longer welcome on the campus, however, he failed to comply.
