On June 03, 2014 at 11:57PM, police observed a Nissan Altima, driving in an erratic manner, performing a "donut" in the middle of the intersetion of Olive Street and Hudson Street in the Windsor Park Neighborhood. Police attempted to stop the vehicle however the driver failed to yield and fled. The vehicle was located in the 800 block of Chestnut Street. Further investigation identified the driver as Jason B. Gross. Gross was found at his home and arrested for one count of Driving Under the Influence - General Impairment.
Gross was taken to the York County Central Booking Center for processing and arraignment.
