On April 21, 2014 at 8:33PM, police, who were on scene on an unrelated matter, were notified that there were three females in the restroom and the complainant believed they were using drugs. Police stopped the subjects as they left the store and further investigation revealed that one of the females was in possession of a suspected controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Tracey L. Goheen, age 42, of Dover, PA 17315, was arrested and transported to York County Central Booking for processing and later released.
