The defendant is accused of obtaining prescription medications by fraudulent means from Minnich's Pharmacy located at 976 S. George Street in Spring Garden Township on March 30, 2015.  Following an investigation into the matter, police obtained an arrest warrant for the defendant on April 28, 2015.  The defendant was arraigned on these charges on April 30, 2015.  She was unable to post bail and was confined to the York County Prison.

On Thursday April 23, 2015, the defendant, Harrison R. HACKWORTH, age 54, of York, PA was arrested and arraigned on the following charges following a three month long investigation by the department.

The defendant's bail was set at $10,000.00.

On Monday January 12, 2015 at approximately 3:22 PM, police were called to 554 W. Springettsbury Avenue by EMS personnel for a reported stabbing.   EMS personnel had been dispatched to the home for a medical issue and upon arrival discovered two victims with lacerations from an apparent assault.  Both subjects were transported to York Hospital for further medical treatment.  The subjects were identified as brothers, Asasii Y. Sweeney, age 37, and Zebulun E. Sweeney, age 27, who reside at the residence.

On January 15, 2015 police charged Gregory Lynn Brown Jr, age 25, of Thomasville, PA with a violation of Receiving Stolen Property.  Mr. Brown Jr. is alleged to have intentionally received and retained cash that had been stolen during a bank robbery at Heritage Valley Federal Credit Union, allegedly committed by his father, Gregory Lynn Brown Sr., on December 30, 2014.  Mr. Brown Jr. was arraigned before Judge Williams who set his bail at $5,000.  Mr. Brown Jr.

On Wednesday, December 31, 2014 criminal investigators obtained an arrest warrant for Mr. Gregory L. Brown Sr., age 54, of York, Pennsylvania, related to a bank robbery that occurred on Tuesday December 30, 2014 at Heritage Valley Federal Credit Union, located at 777 Kings Mill Road in Spring Garden Township.  Brown Sr. was charged with the following offenses related to the bank robbery:

On the above date and time, the below pictured subject entered the Sunoco A-Plus Store located at 1300 Mt. Rose Avenue and removed food from the display case on the counter and concealed it in his jacket pocket.  The suspect left the store and approached an unoccupied vehicle that was parked at the gas pumps and removed a cell phone from the vehicle.
