On 9/29/25, Dwayne Bodkins was charged with Public Drunkenness (S) after being located on the side of the road. He then caused damage to a patrol car, resulting in an Institutional Vandalism (M) charge.

Bodkins is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
