Drug Dealer Found Guilty

On Thursday November 18, 2021, upon conclusion of a eight day trial, David Seecharran, 44, of York, was found guilty of third-degree murder, drug delivery resulting in death, corrupt organizations and five related crimes in connection to supplying a deadly drug ultimately resulting in the death of Jared Connelly, 30, of Manchester.

Additionally, the middleman, David Taylor, testified at trial and remains charged with two counts of third-degree murder and other related offenses.

Detective Daniel Grimme and Detective John Bumstead were the affiants in the case that was prosecuted in court by First Assistant District Attorney Tim Barker and Chief Deputy Prosecutor John Hamme.
