UPDATE 11/3/22 7:46 PM - BOTH JUVENILES HAVE BEEN LOCATED
At approximately 1:00am, this morning (11/3/22), two juveniles (pictured below), Hailey Ortman (age 15) and Jiovanni “Jio” Vega (age 17), were reported missing from their homes. They are together and it is unknown if they are in any danger.
Lower Windsor Township Police Department is requesting assistance to return these juveniles safely to their homes. It is believed they’re receiving help and/or assistance. Anyone found aiding these juveniles and failing to assistance with their return could face criminal charges.
