Still Missing
ORIGINAL POST:
On Friday, 4/29/22, at or about 1842 hours, YCC dispatched this department to Third Street, York, PA, for a report of a missing 17-year old female. An officer spoke with the mother of JINELYS ORTIZ MELENDEZ, who went messing at approximately 1800 hours on Thursday, 4/28/22. Melendez was last seen walking down the street from her home. It is believed that she left with her boyfriend, Jomar Rivera (W/M/18) , who lives in Indianapolis, Indiana. No description of the vehicle was given.
Melendez is a hispanic female, brown eyes, brown long straight hair, light skinned, 5'04" tall, 124 lbs., wears glasses and always wears a silver necklace with the word "Clohe". Melendez also has her right nose pierced with a diamond stud.
Melendez is entered into NCIC as a Missing Person. If she is seen outside of PA, please contact your local police department by dialing 9-1-1. If anyone has any information to assist in her location or whereabouts, you may submit an anonymous tip through our Crimewatch page.
