On 12/6/2022 at approximately 12:34 am, PEDRO TORRES CABAN (age 33) of Windsor was discovered committing the act(s) of DUI and DRUG VIOLATIONS while in the area of Cabin Creek Road and Nursery Road. Based on the incident and the blood results, an officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department filed charges on 1/6/23 at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
TORRES CABAN is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
