On December 25, 2022 at approximately 12:19 pm, KENNETH STEELY II (age 57) of Wrightsville was charged with committing the act(s) of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia while in the area of Gilbert Lane. Based on the incident an officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department filed charges on 12/28/22 at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel's Office.
A preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
STEELY is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
