On 2/10/23 at approximately 2:55 pm, MELVIN H. SAYLOR (age 73) of Wrightsville was charged with committing the act(s) of DUI while in the area of Craley Road and Bull Run Road. Based on the incident and blood results, an officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department filed charges against SAYLOR on 2/22/23 at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled.
SAYLOR is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
