On 6/14/22, Officers were dispatched to a domestic issue in the 1000 block of Canadochly Road. The victim (W/F/52) reported that her boyfriend had choked her and slammed her to the ground. Officers arrived on scene to discover the victim in the front yard and the suspect, Brian K. Salisbury, was in the residence with the doors locked. Officers knocked on the door several times and Salisbury did not answer. Officers were able to gain entry through an open garage door. Salisbury was taken into custody and transported to Central Booking. A preliminary hearing will be held at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel’s Office.
Salisbury is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
