Description

On 3/13/23 at approximately 5:45 pm, JAXON L. REYNOLDS (age 22) of Red Lion was charged with committing the act(s) of FIREARMS NOT BE CARRIED W/OUT A LICENSE and DUI while in the area of Nursery Road and Cool Creek Road. Based on the incident an officer with the Lower Windsor Township Police Department transported REYNOLDS to Central Booking to await arraignment. A preliminary hearing will be scheduled at MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel's Office.

REYNOLDS is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
